Keep the certificate, hotel voucher, event pass or business document your organization already uses. MedianDocs adds changing spreadsheet data without rebuilding your branding.
How it works
Upload a PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP design, add variables such as {{guest_name}}, {{check_in}} or {{booking_id}}, position them on the design, then import Excel or CSV. Smart Mapping connects the columns and each row becomes a personalized PDF.
Example: hotel vouchers
A hotel can keep its existing branded voucher and merge guest name, arrival, departure, room, booking reference and other fields from a reservation spreadsheet. The output is a ZIP of individual branded PDFs.
Designed for privacy
The uploaded design and imported document data are handled in the browser during document generation. They are not sent as document content to the license or payment endpoints.
