If a verified technical problem prevents MedianDocs from generating usable documents after a successful purchase, please contact support and include your order reference. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Because document generation and downloads are digital services, refunds may not be available once the purchased service has been successfully delivered, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a problem, we encourage you to contact us first. In most cases, issues can be resolved without the need for a refund.
