What is MedianDocs?
MedianDocs creates individual personalized PDF documents from reusable templates and CSV, Excel, or JSON rows.
Does MedianDocs store my imported document data?
Document generation happens in the browser. Payment and license validation use the server, but imported document content is not included in those requests.
Which file formats can I import?
CSV, XLSX, XLS, and JSON are supported for structured row data.
What does one row represent?
Each usable row represents one final PDF document.
Can I preview before paying?
Yes. You can choose a template, import data, map variables, and inspect the preview before unlocking export.
How are documents delivered?
The browser creates individual PDFs and packages them into a ZIP download.
Can I use accented and international names?
Yes, but test representative records and verify the final PDF output before distribution.
What happens if a column is missing?
MedianDocs shows unmatched template variables and asks you to select the correct source column.
Can I add my organization logo?
Yes. PNG, JPG, and WebP logos can be added locally during customization.
Can I reuse a template?
You can reuse the built-in template and the same workflow. Saved cloud projects are not part of the current product.
How does a 24-hour pass work?
The pass starts when it is first activated and remains valid until its stored expiration time.
Can I restore licensed access after clearing browser data?
Yes. Enter the same license email and license key to receive a new browser token without extending the original expiration date.
Can another email use my license key?
No. After first activation, the key is linked to the original normalized email address.
Does MedianDocs send generated files by email?
No. Email distribution is outside the current scope.
Is MedianDocs accounting or legal software?
No. It generates documents from your data and template; you remain responsible for content and compliance.
